A very first time, Lions International Peace Poster Contest 2013 will be held in SMK Puteri, Seremban by leo club of SMK Puteri, Seremban. This event is organized to give the young the opportunity to think about World Peace and creatively express what is means to them.
Theme: ' Our World, Our Future'
Date: 25th September 2013 ( Wednesday)
Time: 2:00pm- 5.00pm
Venue: Dataran Puteri of SMK Puteri, Seremban.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Participants are require to bring their own colouring and drawing materials. Accepted media are chalk, charcoal, crayon, marker, paint, pastel, pencil, poster/ water colour and pen. Note: chalk, charcoal & pastel entries should be sealed with a fixative spray to prevent smearing.
2. The organizer shall not be responsible for any injuries or damages that may be sustained during this contest.
3.The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
4. The organizer reserves the right to use the participants photographs for any publicity.
5. All entries become the property of Lions Club International.
6. Each contestant may participate only once each year regardless of which Lions Club held the contest. Participation in more than one contest will automatically result in disqualification.
7. Please submit your completed forms at NO CHARGE on or before 18/09/2013 to the Leo Marcia Chua( 1 Omega) or Leo Chevonne Poh ( 1 Zeta)
** Only limited late entries will be entertained on the day of the event upon registration.
** Each poster is judged on originality, artistic merit, and expression of the theme: ' Our World,Our Future'
** Participants are advice not to touch the words of theme and the logo of Peace in their poster.
